At Truffelle, we offer Free Worldwide Shipping on every full-size product, with no threshold, because skincare luxury should arrive without compromise.

The one exception: international orders containing only the 20mL Discovery ship at a flat A$25. Within Australia the 20mL Discovery ships free, and adding any full-size product makes the whole order ship free anywhere in the world.

• •You may return your product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
• •Proof of purchase is required. We accept tax invoices, printed receipts, EFTPOS receipts, or bank statements.
• •Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.
• •Please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your return, and a further 4 business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
