One exception.
Every full-size product ships free, anywhere in the world, with no minimum. The only order that carries a charge is an international order of the 20mL Discovery on its own.
Orders leave the Barossa within 2 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned.
Australian delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days. International timing varies by destination and customs. Remote addresses may take longer. Your tracking link shows your parcel’s progress.
International orders containing only the 20mL Discovery ship at a flat A$25. Within Australia the 20mL ships free. Add any full-size product and the whole order ships free worldwide.

Try it for 60 days. If your skin doesn't look and feel different, we refund the purchase price in full, excluding shipping costs.
- 1. Use it. Follow the product directions consistently for 60 days. Individual results vary.
- 2. Email us. Write to hello@truffelleaustralia.com.au with your order number. No form, no questionnaire.
- 3. Send the jar back. In its original packaging. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty.
- 4. Refund. The purchase price goes back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Returns
Changed your mind before opening? Email hello@truffelleaustralia.com.au within 14 days of delivery and return the jar unopened in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price. Opened jars are covered by the 60-day guarantee† above instead.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Please contact us promptly with your order number and, if possible, photographs of the parcel and product. We will help resolve a faulty, damaged or incorrect order. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy or a same-day reporting deadline.
Duties and taxes
Prices show in your local currency where Shopify supports it, and checkout charges in that currency. Some countries collect import duty or tax on delivery; where that applies it is the customer's responsibility and is shown at checkout wherever the carrier can quote it.
Payment
Checkout is hosted by Shopify. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are available; Afterpay is available for Australian orders.
