Information we collect
When you order, Shopify and our payment providers process your contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order details and payment information. We receive the information needed to fulfil your order and provide support. Card details are entered in secure checkout, not in a payment form on this website.
If you subscribe, we collect your email address and any name you choose to provide. If you contact us, we receive your message and contact details. Please avoid including unnecessary medical or sensitive information in a general enquiry.
The website remembers the products in your bag using browser storage. Our hosting and measurement services may process device and browser information, IP addresses, page visits and shopping events.
How we use it
We use information to process and deliver orders, answer questions, manage returns, maintain the website, understand its performance and measure advertising. If you subscribe to marketing, we use your contact details to send the updates you requested.
Service providers
We use Shopify for checkout and order services, Vercel for website hosting, Resend for email subscriptions and delivery, and Google, Meta and Microsoft Clarity for website and advertising measurement. These providers may process information outside Australia. Payment providers and delivery partners receive the information needed to process payments and deliver purchases.
