Three different questions
Australian ownership describes the business. Australian manufacture describes where a product was made. Australian ingredient sourcing describes particular materials. A local ingredient does not establish the origin of every part of a jar.
The ACCC’s country-of-origin guidance explains these distinctions. Look for a specific statement rather than infer the whole supply chain from a flag or landscape photograph.
